GNC May Have Just Leaked RYSE's Next Protein Shake — Little Debbie Pumpkin Spice Rolls Is Going RTD

It looks like GNC may have leaked RYSE's next protein RTD early.

A live GNC listing has appeared for the new RYSE x Little Debbie Pumpkin Spice Rolls Protein Shake, turning one of RYSE's seasonal protein powder collaborations into a ready-to-drink 12 oz shake.

According to GNC, each bottle packs 30g of protein, 160 calories, 4g of carbohydrates, 2g of sugar and 2.5g of fat. The shake is designed to recreate the pumpkin and warm-spice flavor of Little Debbie's seasonal Pumpkin Spice Rolls.

The GNC listing currently shows 12 bottles for $39.99, or about $3.33 per shake, and lists Pumpkin Spice Rolls alongside Fudgsicle and Vanilla Marshmallow in RYSE's traditional milkshake-style RTD line.

Did GNC Reveal It Before RYSE?

Here's where it gets interesting.

As of August 15, 2026, RYSE's own protein collection is still primarily surfacing its existing Loaded Protein Shake RTD rather than prominently promoting this new Pumpkin Spice Rolls bottle, while GNC already has the new flavor fully listed with images, nutrition facts and purchasing information.

Industry coverage has also now spotted the listing, describing Pumpkin Spice Rolls as the third flavor in RYSE's milkshake-style Protein Shake lineup.

So while the product itself is clearly real, this appears to be one of those situations where the retailer listing got out before the full marketing rollout.

And considering RYSE already released Little Debbie Pumpkin Spice Rolls Loaded Protein in powder form, putting the same flavor into a grab-and-go 30g protein shake feels like a pretty obvious move for fall.

This one hasn't even had its full spotlight yet, and it's already sitting on GNC's website.
