GHOST x Sydney Cummings Is Back — New Mango Colada Line Drops August 19

GHOST is teaming back up with fitness creator Sydney Cummings Houdyshell for another full supplement collection — and this time everything is getting a tropical Mango Colada flavor.

The new GHOST x Sydney Cummings Mango Colada lineup officially launches August 19, 2026 through GHOST and Amazon.

Four Mango Colada Products Are Coming

The limited-edition collection includes:

• GHOST Clear Whey Mango Colada — 25g of whey protein isolate per serving.
• GHOST Greens Mango Colada
• GHOST Legend Mango Colada Pre-Workout
• GHOST Hydration Drink Mango Colada — marking the first time the ready-to-drink Hydration bottle has appeared in a Sydney Cummings collaboration.

The Legend release is especially interesting because Mango Colada will debut a reworked version of GHOST Legend featuring 200mg of caffeine per scoop, alongside 6g of citrulline, 3.2g of beta-alanine and 2.5g of betaine.

GHOST's Clear Whey is built around a lighter, juice-like protein experience, and GHOST currently lists the formula with 25g of whey protein isolate and zero fat or sugar.

Sydney Cummings x GHOST Round Two

This isn't Sydney's first major GHOST collection. Her original Summertime Punch collaboration brought the tropical flavor across products including Legend, Clear Whey, Greens and Glow, with Sydney explaining that the flavor took inspiration from summertime, the beach and tropical drinks.

Now GHOST is running it back with Mango Colada, swapping Hydration into the mix and giving Sydney another flavor that fits directly into the summer theme.

With four products dropping simultaneously on August 19, this is much bigger than a single flavor launch — it's basically a full Sydney Cummings x GHOST takeover.
